Dann ist Spanking 101 genau das Richtige für dich.

Dieser einsteigerfreundliche Workshop bietet eine fundierte Einführung
in BDSM und Impact Play, mit einem klaren Fokus auf Kommunikation,
Konsens, Sicherheit und grundlegende Techniken. Gemeinsam erkunden wir,
wie Intention, Achtsamkeit und Vertrauen, erfüllende kinky Dynamiken
ermöglichen.

Ein zentraler Bestandteil des Workshops ist der Praxisteil. Du hast die
Möglichkeit, Techniken in einem wertschätzenden und urteilsfreien Rahmen
auszuprobieren — ein Raum, der Lernen, Verbindung und offenen Austausch
innerhalb klarer Konsensgrenzen fördert.

Spanking 101 eignet sich ideal für Paare, Throuples, Polycules oder
Freund:innen, die gemeinsam entdecken möchten. Alle Konstellationen sind
willkommen — für den praktischen Teil bring bitte eine Partnerperson
oder eine:n Freund:in mit.

Eine große Auswahl an Utensilien wird zur Verfügung gestellt, du kannst
aber auch gerne eigene mitbringen.

Then this one is for you.

This beginner-friendly workshop offers a solid introduction to BDSM and
impact play, with a strong focus on communication, consent, safety, and
foundational techniques. Together, we’ll explore how intention,
awareness, and trust shape healthy and enjoyable kinky dynamics.

Practical exploration is an essential part of the workshop. You’ll have
the opportunity to try out techniques in a supportive, non-judgmental
environment, designed to encourage learning, connection, and open
exchange within clear boundaries of consent.

Spanking 101 is ideal for couples, throuples, polycules, or friends who
want to explore together. All constellations are welcome — for the
practical part, please come with a partner or friend.

A wide selection of implements and utensils will be provided, and you’re
also welcome to bring your own.
