Was passiert, wenn du die Prinzipien des Improtheaters in die Kink-Welt mitbringst? Spontaneität, Präsenz, das Eingehen auf die anderen – auf der Bühne wie in der Szene.
Kinky Improv verbindet zwei Welten, die mehr gemeinsam haben als man denkt: Improtheater und Rollenspiel in der BDSM und Kink-Welt. Beide leben von Fantasie und Ausdruck. Beide brauchen die Fähigkeit, etwas im Moment entstehen zu lassen, spontan auf die anderen einzugehen, eine Dynamik zu spüren und weiterzuspielen. Wer sein Improvisationsvermögen trainiert, wird nicht nur auf der Bühne besser – sondern auch in der Szene.
Die Impro-Spiele sind klassische Improtheaterformate – und die Teilnehmenden dürfen sie mit der Kink- und BDSM-Themenwelt füllen. Szenarien rund um Erlaubnis, Anweisung, Führen und Folgen sind genauso willkommen wie Humor, Übertreibung und Selbstironie. Hier darfst du ausprobieren, scheitern, lachen und nochmal – ganz in deinem Rhythmus.
Im Workshop bewegen wir uns von einfachen Aufwärmübungen über Duo- und Kleingruppen-Spiele hin zu kleinen geleiteten Szenen im Bühnensetting – immer mit klarem Rahmen, immer mit Raum für Humor und Scheitern. Die Leitung begleitet aktiv durch alle Übungen.
Damit die Erwartungen stimmen: Kinky Improv ist in erster Linie ein Improtheater-Workshop – kein BDSM-Event und kein Sex Space. Kink-Themen und Dynamiken fließen als Inspiration in die Impro-Spiele ein. Wir trainieren, im Moment zu reagieren und spontan zu improvisieren – Fähigkeiten, die sich genauso auf der Bühne wie in BDSM-Rollenspielen und Szenen auszahlen. Der Fokus liegt auf dem spielerischen Improvisieren. Kink dient hier als Spielmaterial, nicht als Praxis. Es finden keine sexuellen Handlungen statt.
Zu Beginn einigen wir uns gemeinsam auf Agreements, die den Rahmen für alle spannen. Alle Übungen sind Einladungen.
Komm in bequemer Kleidung, in der du dich wohl fühlst. Keine Vorkenntnisse erforderlich.
Für alle die:
- ihr Improvisationsvermögen spielerisch trainieren möchten – für die Bühne und für die Szene
- Improtheater zum ersten Mal ausprobieren möchten oder ihre Skills in einem neuen Kontext erweitern wollen
- Lust haben, Kink-Dynamiken spielerisch und mit Humor zu erkunden
- gerne lachen, scheitern und nochmal versuchen

What happens when you bring the principles of improv theatre into the world of kink? Spontaneity, presence, responding to others — on stage as well as in a scene.
Kinky Improv connects two worlds that actually have more in common than one might think: improvisational theatre and roleplay in the BDSM and kink community. Both thrive on imagination and expression. Both require the ability to create something in the moment, respond spontaneously to others, sense a dynamic, and keep the play going. Training your improvisation skills will not only make you better on stage — but also in scenes.
The improv games are based on classic improv theatre formats, and participants are invited to fill them with kink and BDSM themes. Scenarios involving permission, instruction, leading and following are just as welcome as humor, exaggeration, and self-irony. This is a space where you can experiment, fail, laugh, and try again — all at your own pace.
Throughout the workshop, we move from simple warm-up exercises to duo and small-group games, and eventually into short guided stage scenes — always with a clear framework, and always with room for humor and failure. The facilitator actively guides participants through all exercises.
To set expectations clearly: Kinky Improv is primarily an improv theatre workshop — not a BDSM event and not a sex space. Kink themes and dynamics serve as inspiration for the improv games. We practice reacting in the moment and improvising spontaneously — skills that are equally valuable on stage and in BDSM roleplay or scenes. The focus is on playful improvisation. Kink is used here as creative material, not as practice. No sexual acts will take place.
At the beginning, we will collectively agree on a set of agreements that create a shared framework for everyone. All exercises are invitations.
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and feel at ease. No previous experience required.
For everyone who:
- wants to playfully train their improvisation skills — for the stage and for scenes
- wants to try improv theatre for the first time or expand their skills in a new context
- is curious to explore kink dynamics playfully and with humor
- enjoys laughing, failing, and trying again
