You’ll explore the subtle threshold where pain transforms into sensation, intensity, and pleasure. Through guided practices, your body becomes a space of discovery.

Experience the delicate interplay of soft and intense, control and surrender, how different sensations affect the body and how to process them physically and emotionally.

Learn how trust is built, how boundaries are felt, and how to stay present in moments of heightened sensation in a carefully held space for depth, exploration, and a new relationship with your body.

Whether you are curious or experienced, this workshop invites you to explore your edges and discover new sensations.

The workshop is for couples, throuples, polycules, friends or any constellation that allows to interact in this intense and intimate field.
