CODE OF CONDUCT:
Why We Have a Code of Conduct:
Our FETISH and BDSM play party is designed to be a space where People can explore, connect, and express their desires freely and safely. To make this freedom possible for everyone, we maintain a clear and STRICT! Code of Conduct. These guidelines protect the physical, emotional, and psychological safety of all attendees. They ensure consent, mutual respect, and discretion—core values of any healthy kink community. By following these rules, you help create a space where everyone can Play without fear, pressure, or judgment.
1. Strict Dresscode:
This event celebrates fetish expression. Your outfit is part of the experience—for you and for the atmosphere of the entire space.
Acceptable attire includes latex, leather, lace, kinky costumes, rope, restraints, and other fetishwear.
To keep the event immersive and respectful of the theme, Streetwear (jeans, T-shirts), suits, everyday underwear, simple nudity, work uniforms, and political attire are not permitted.
For hygiene reasons, please bring clean, matching indoor shoes separately. Street shoes must remain at the entrance.
2. Consent is Mandatory:
Consent is the foundation of every interaction. All scenes, play, and physical contact must be openly agreed upon—clearly, enthusiastically, and without pressure.
Consent must continue throughout the interaction and can be withdrawn at any time. When someone aims to stop an interaction—verbally or through body language—everything must pause immediately.
No exceptions, no negotiations. Respecting boundaries is non-negotiable.
3. Voyeurism and Self-Pleasure:
Respectful voyeurism is generally welcome in shared spaces (but not in the Separree areas). Please maintain a physical distance from active play, do not comment on scenes, and avoid alking while others are sharing intimate moments. If you’d like to chat or socialize, we kindly ask you to move to a designated social area, such as the bar, where conversations won’t disturb ongoing experiences.
Non-consensual sexual acts are not allowed at any time!
Uninvited self-pleasure in a shared space is considered a non-consensual act affecting everyone nearby.
If you notice this behavior, please inform the Safeguarding Team immediately so it can be addressed swiftly and safely.
4. SSC & RACK:
Kink should be exciting, but never reckless.
We follow SSC (Safe, Sane, Consensual) and RACK (Risk-Aware Consensual Kink) to ensure that activities are thoughtfully planned, negotiated, and practiced with awareness of risks.
Besides that , every participant has different kinks, limits and comfort zones, which need to be fully respected at any time.
5. Respect & Communication, No Pressure:
A respectful environment allows everyone to relax and enjoy themselves.
Speak honestly, clearly, and with kindness, whether you are negotiating a scene or simply socializing.
Respect each person’s identity, pronouns, boundaries, roles, and preferred style of play.
Any form of coercive, manipulative, or guilt-inducing behavior is unacceptable.
6. Privacy & Discretion, No Phones:
Many attendees come to explore deeply personal aspects of themselves. Their trust matters.
No personal information shared or observed at the event may leave the space without explicit consent.
What happens at the party stays at the party—always.
Photography, recording, or any form of digital documentation is strictly forbidden.
Phones must remain unused and out of sight while inside the event. This ensures that everyone can relax without fear of being recorded.
7. No Drugs or Intoxication:
BDSM play requires awareness, control, and the ability to read and respond to subtle physical and emotional cues. Intoxication—whether from alcohol or drugs—interferes with every part of this process.
Clear judgment is essential for safe and consensual play.
Whether topping or bottoming, being sober ensures that consent is valid, communication is reliable, and safety is maintained throughout the scene. Therefore, no illegal substances are allowed, and alcohol consumption must not impair your ability to give or receive consent.
8. Safe Sex Practices:
Safety also applies to sexual health.
When sexual activity is part of play, everyone involved must take steps to protect themselves and each other.
Using barrier protection—such as condoms or dental dams—helps reduce the transmission of infections and keeps activities hygienic for all participants.
No one should ever assume that another person is comfortable with sexual contact or with unprotected interaction. Every form of sexual activity requires explicit consent, clear communication, and mutual agreement on boundaries and safer-sex methods.
Safe sex is not just about physical health; it also builds trust, respect, and confidence between partners. By taking these precautions, you support a culture where everyone can explore with peace of mind.
9. Report Concerns:
Creating a safe and respectful environment is a shared responsibility.
If something feels even slightly uncomfortable, unclear, or not fully consensual, it’s important to address it immediately.
You don’t need to wait for a situation to escalate—early reporting prevents harm and protects both you and others in the community.
You can approach the Safeguarding Team discreetly at any time if you witness or experience behavior that doesn’t align with the Code of Conduct. If you need urgent support, you can also use the universal safeword (Elephant) to alert staff instantly.
Reporting is not about denunciation—it’s about maintaining a culture of consent, respect, and accountability.
By speaking up, you help keep the space safer for everyone.
10. Venue Rules & Legal Compliance:
Respect the venue as you would any shared, valued space.
Follow all instructions from staff and adhere to local laws governing consent, sexual conduct, and public safety.
These rules keep our event safe, lawful, and sustainable for the future.
Final Note:
Please understand that failure to comply with this Code of Conduct will result in immediate removal without refund and may lead to a permanent
ban.
Thank you for helping us create a space where exploration, connection, and play can thrive—safely, consensually, and joyfully.
