What we will cover in the workshop & experience:
- (Self-) Connection, grounding, safety & intimacy practices
- Set, establish, embody boundaries
- Communication & negotiation
- How to set & create a safe container (pillars of a safe play, risk & traum awarness)
- Connection to your inner Dom*me and/or Sub
- The power of ritual in play & worshipping practice
- Power-dynamic in play
- Spanking & impact Tools Intro
- Energy in Play (playing with energy = more fun)

The workshop experience includes practices & philosophy with origins in Energy Work, Bodywork, Tantra, Tantric BDSI*/BDSM and is focused on deep connection, presence,giving/receiving from heart to reach deep states of surrender and discover your mosempowered self.
You will learn and practice to stand in your presence & power no matter what you desire,letting your desires liberate and expand you.
*Tantric BDSI is a term first used by Jonathan Berger decribing the melting of Tantric and BDSM practices into a toolset for somatically releasing shame, healing and expansion. B:Bondage / D:Dominance /S:Submission/I:Impact

English with Option for German translation if needed
Dresscode:
Whatever feels comfortable for you – as sexy and comfy as you want. Please dress to express
instead of dress to impress. For the Spanking part on Saturday less cloth on your butt is better choice.
Please Bring:
Cover for your play area (especially If you want to be naked)
Play Tools (from soft to hard Impact, Sensations) if you have and like. We’ll also bring some. We don’t focus on tools in the first place BUT it it might be nice to have them.
Blindfold
We invited you to bring a wearable symbol of your power as well as four your submission (optional)
Drinking Bottles: yes but they have to be closed in the play area
Sexuality:
So here’s the thing: of course the space itself is a sexpositive space. What we want to do in this
workshop is to shift your focus to presence, energy and erotic play, to try new things instead of
falling into well know (old) same-same patterns. Give it a thought & feel into it. Erotic play can but
doesn’t necessarily mean sex.
